Who can enter?
Eligible applicants must meet the following criteria:
A) Be a US citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States
B) Be currently enrolled as a full-time freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university
C) Have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4-point scale
